St. John’s Wrap Around Club Fees and Timings from October 2023 St John’s Wrap Around Club provides wraparound childcare for children attending St John’s School, and it is managed by the school leadership team.

All sessions are booked through your child's School Money account. When booking sessions, you will need to select from the drop-down menu; "Breakfast" to book Breakfast Club sessions, "After School" to book an after school session.

We do have limited space in each session so it is advisable to book on early.

Fees are payable at the time of booking on School Money.

These charges ensure that we can provide excellent, great value childcare as a sustainable service. Please contact the school office and ask if you are interested in this.

Breakfast Club:

• Runs from 7.15am-8.45am.
• £6.00 per session for Y1-6
• £7.00 per session for Nursery and Reception
• A choice of cereals and toast is provided.
• No food is served after 8.30am.
• All breakfast sessions are charged unless 48 hours’ notice is given
• Book in advance.
• OR there may be some spaces without pre-booking but this cannot be guaranteed.

There is no guarantee of a space and prices are Y1-6 £7.00 and EYFS £8.00

After School Club:

• Runs from 3.20pm-5.00pm.
• A light snack is provided at around 3.45pm.
• A wide range of age appropriate activities are available. We offer two types of sessions in After School Club:

Contracted sessions, where you commit to weekly sessions on named day(s).

Pre booking and payment in advance is required, and fees are chargeable whether your child attends or not.

• £8.00 per session for Years 1-6
• £9.00 per session for Nursery and Reception
• Flexi sessions – no commitment necessary (but no guarantee of a space).
• Flexi sessions are offered subject to availability.

Late Collection Fees This will be implemented if your child is collected late
